CloseIQ started with a common frustration, salespeople and founders were being told to “just be more confident,” but no one was teaching them how to actually show up with clarity and composure in high-stakes conversations.
Meredith Epstein, CloseIQ’s founder, experienced the gap herself. After spending a year in remote closing, she knew what it felt like to ramble, lose control, and walk away from calls unsure of what just happened.
That personal experience led her to dive deep into communication psychology, behavioral performance, and strategic framing.
